We're in-network with several major providers, and we'll happily provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement on plans where we're not in-network.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes — we are in-network with several major insurance providers (listed above). For plans we are not in-network with, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What if I don't want to use insurance?
Many of our clients choose to pay out-of-pocket for additional privacy and flexibility. Self-pay rates are listed above, and we accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
How do I find out my coverage?
Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your behavioral health benefits — including your copay, deductible, and any session limits. We’re also happy to help walk you through this.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full session rate, except in cases of illness or emergency.
Do holistic services go through insurance?
Holistic and integrative services (Reiki, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, etc.) are generally not covered by insurance and are paid out-of-pocket. HSA/FSA may apply — check with your provider.
